Our warehouse operates Monday through Saturday (8 am – 5 pm).

Orders placed on Sundays or holidays will be processed the following business day.

We offer straightforward shipping rates based on your order total:

3. Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order has been processed and picked up by the carrier, the estimated transit time is:

Rural & Remote Areas: Please allow additional time (an extra 2-4 business days) for deliveries to rural addresses or locations far from major logistics hubs.

4. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within the Contiguous United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations at this time.
5. Order Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking status to update in the carrier’s system.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages

Damaged: Home decor items can be fragile. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and the box.
