To ensure a smooth return process, please package the items securely and include all original packaging and accessories. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to protect against loss or damage during transit.
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items to ensure that they are in their original condition. If the items are in their original condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds may take up to 9-10 days to process, depending on your payment method.
Please note that the following items are not eligible for return:
- Personalized or customized items
- Clearance items
In the event that we are unable to provide you with a replacement item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, including any applicable shipping fees. If you choose to return the item, we will provide you with a return shipping label.
Please note that we do not offer direct exchanges at this time. Instead, if you would like to exchange an item, you will need to initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item. Shipping fees are non-refundable, but if you received free shipping on your order, we will deduct the cost of shipping from your refund amount.
