Cancellation Policy

At Botowe, we understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel an order. While we do our best to accommodate cancellations, we have a strict policy in place to ensure a smooth and efficient process.

If you wish to cancel your order, please reach out to our customer service team at mailus@botowe.com as soon as possible. In your email, please provide your order number and the reason for cancellation. 

We make every effort to cancel orders that have not yet been shipped and issue a refund to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that refunds may take 9-10 days to process, depending on your payment method.

If your order has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel it. However, you may still be able to initiate a return once you receive your order. Please refer to our return policy for more information.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for various reasons, such as suspected fraudulent activity, incorrect pricing or product information, product availability, or shipping restrictions. If we cancel your order, we will inform you as soon as possible and issue a refund to your original payment method.

We do not offer price adjustments or discounts after an order has been placed. If you have any questions or concerns regarding pricing or your order, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team at mailus@botowe.com.
