At Botowe, our mission is to help you create a home you love. We stand behind the quality of our products. However, we understand that sometimes an item may not work perfectly for your space.

1. 30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Packaging: It must be returned in the original packaging, including all protective padding, manuals, parts, and accessories.

  • Furniture/Assembly: Items that require assembly (such as tables, shelves, or chairs) cannot be returned once they have been assembled. Please inspect all parts before assembly.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Gift cards.

  • Personalized or custom-made items.

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance.”

  • Items damaged through normal wear and tear or misuse by the customer.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our support team at [email protected] within the 30-day window. Please include your Order Number and the reason for the return.

  2. Authorization: We will review your request. If approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization and shipping instructions.

  3. Pack Carefully: Please pack the item securely to prevent damage during transit. Note: You are responsible for the item until it reaches our warehouse.

4. Shipping Costs & Restocking Fees

Return Shipping:

  • Defective/Damaged/Wrong Item: Botowe will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.

  • Change of Mind (Remorse Returns): If you are returning an item because it does not fit or you changed your mind, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Restocking Fees:

  • Standard returns are generally not subject to a restocking fee if returned in perfect condition.

  • However, Botowe reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 20% if:

    • The item is returned without original packaging.

    • The item is returned damaged due to poor packaging by the customer.

    • The item is a large furniture piece requiring special handling.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. Home decor items can be fragile.

  • Reporting Window: You must report any damages or defects within 48 hours of delivery.

  • How to Report: Email [email protected] with clear photos of the damaged item and the condition of the exterior box.

  • Resolution: We will send a replacement immediately (if available) or issue a full refund including shipping costs.

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 2-3 business days of receipt at our Grand Junction facility), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved: A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

  • Original Shipping Charges: Please note that the original shipping fee (e.g., the $6.99 flat rate) is non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for a different color or size, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

8. Cancellations

  • Before Shipment: You may cancel your order for a full refund if it has not yet been processed or shipped. Please contact us immediately, as our processing time is 2-3 business days.

  • After Shipment: If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You will need to wait for the item to arrive and follow the Return Process above.
